Dokpod
Terms of Use
Last updated: June 18, 2026
1. Agreement
By accessing or using Dokpod(“Dokpod,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Dokpod lets you upload documents, images, and videos into a private vault and search that content through connected AI tools. We index your content so your AI can retrieve relevant sections instead of reloading entire files each session.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and connection keys secure. You must provide accurate information and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content you do not have the right to use or share
- Use Dokpod for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to probe, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service
- Share your account or connection keys in a way that exposes others' data
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Dokpod a limited license to process, store, and index that content solely to provide the service to you. For certain media types, we may store only a search index rather than your original file, as described in the product and in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the content you upload and for complying with applicable laws, including export, privacy, and intellectual property rules.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle shown at checkout unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice before your next renewal.
7. Third-party AI services
Dokpod may send portions of your content to third-party AI providers for analysis, indexing, or search. That processing is performed to deliver features you request, such as understanding images, videos, or document text.
We do not control third-party AI providers and are not responsible for their independent practices. Their use of data is governed by their own terms and policies. Where possible, we limit what is sent and avoid retaining originals for certain media types, as described in our Privacy Policy.
By using Dokpod, you authorize us to use third-party AI services on your behalf for these service features.
8. Disclaimers
Dokpod is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect search results, or that AI-generated summaries are error-free. You should verify important information independently.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dokpod and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you have not paid us.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
